Putting your....
Legs up.
Who does it? And How long do you put them up for?
I started to put them up for 15 mins after BD'ing...
Although, I feel extremely silly for asking - I'm just wondering if many of you do it and do you think it helps?

Re: Putting your....
According to this site elevating your hips doesn't help at all and can result in trapping the sperm in the top corners.
Half way down the page where you see the hand drawn anatomy picture labeled A/B/C
"Some studies have shown that tilting the patient head down after IUI can improve success rates. Note that this is NOT true of regular sex. The difference is that with sex, the sperm is in the vagina, so tilting upside-down only results in the sperm pooling in the top part of the vagina."

Re: Putting your....
I don't do it.
The way I see it, sperm swim and shoot off at the release. lying there for 15 minutes won't do anything (except make me antsy). JMO
I didn't do it either time I got pregnant.
