FYI if you use peroxide...
I went to the dermotologist today since my skin has been horrible since I've been off the pill. Anyway, I told her I was ttc and she asked my what products I was using on my skin currently. I told her Neutrogena Clear Por Cleanser/Mask which as peroxide in it. She told me it's on the "C list" of medications that are harmful to fetus' and that I should not be using anything with peroxide in it while ttc and through pregnancy. I was very surprised and thought I pass this info on. She recommended Cera Ve face wash and gave me a rx for azelex cream.

Thanks for the news... I will look for the cleanser... I have been using Proactiv.. I know its bad for you but my face is in BAD shape.. I am hoping to use the proactive till my face cleans up and then will stop... I cannot believe how BAD my acne flared up! I feel like a teenager!

I know, my face has been in bad shape for the last couple of months. I couldn't take it anymore and had to see a dermotologist!

I would suggest everyone speak to thier own doctor as I used proactive my entire pregnancy with no problems, my OB said it was Salicylic (sp) acid that you had to watch out for and that benzoyl peroxide was fine
