ET was yesterday!
Well, this cycle has been an emotional rollercoaster. We changed the protocol slightly, I added in acupuncture and herbs, and watched what I ate like a hawk!
I had to take a break from the boards because I felt like I was obsessing too much, so here is a brief summary:
early follie check -- only 6 follicles
mid follie check -- 10 follicles
last follie check -- 10 follicles, expected 6 to 8 eggs based on measurements and estrogen levels. stimmed for 13 days!
ER on 11/25 -- only 4 eggs retrieved
fert report on 11/26 -- 3 fertilized
made the decision to move ahead with PGD.
biopsy day was 11/28
transfer was supposed to be sunday 11/30, but the lab in detroit never got the cells!!!! um, I was so mad! Rescheduled transfer for yesterday 12/1.
Show up at the dr's office to find out that all 3 of my embryos were unaffected!!! I couldn't believe it. I was floored.
We transferred the best two, which are both girls!
Beta's are in a week!!!
