I'm 8dpo (give or take but I think I'm sure) & today my lower back is killer, cramping hit me outta nowhere and I got naseous talking with my friend in Starbucks over the smell of SEVERLY burnt coffee (but to be honest...who wouldn't get sick smelling that??!!)
I know I cannot look at these symptoms as a sign and I know this is only month #1. & maybe I have to face the fact that I'm a little more in tune with my body now and maybe this always happens before TBAF and I just don't notice it under "normal" circumstances!
But HEY a little biitchy sign to AF never hurt from you ladies, right??
