Please, I need some reassurance

Ok, so I am almost positive that I ovulated yesterday. Had +OPK smiley face all day Wednesday, then went negative Thursday (just wanted to make sure still not +) and then yesterday noticed a little increase in my CM, sore nipples, lite cramping. We have BD'd every night since this week since monday and will tonight, do you think I am safe or BD'ing too much??

I have always had regular 29 day periods every month since I was 11 so I am very regular.

I just need some reassurance that Im doing everything and not doing something wrong or missed something....please help

I don't think you can BD too much, as long as there are no issues with your DH's sperm. Try not to worry about it- you are just fine BDing once a day in your fertile week. Good luck!
