Doc Appt Update
I had another doc appt today... I talked to him about all of my recent "ailments".
As for the Fifths Disease-- since I didn't any any direct contact with the kid, and we don't even know what the kid has-- he didn't think I had anything to worry about. I did a blood test anyway just to ease my mind, but I am not worried.
As for the lump in my boob, he thinks it's probably a milk gland. To be safe though, we scheduled a breast sonogram. The earliest appt I could get is for 12/1  , so I won't know anything until then. The lump according to him is measuring 5x5mm, so it's pretty small. I hope that it's nothing and it doesn't affect my ability to breast feed.
Other than that, the belly is measuring normal-- I wanted to steal the tape measure thingy so I could measure my belly circumference, but I couldn't get to it. I go back in 3 weeks, even though I thought I was down to my 2 week visits. I didn't argue since it's a PITA to get there!
And no growth sonos for me unless there is a problem, so my baby's size will remain a mystery... Although I am praying the baby will be as little as I was, with my small head!!!!

Yay! Good news on everything, and I'm sure it is a milk duct!! and 12/1 is right around the corner...How scary!!!

Yeah, I remmeber you said you had a small head. LOL
Glad the fifths disease is likely not an issue. And the lump probably is just a gland...I would bet.
 Wish you would have stolen the tape measure, that would have been classic!

ok, well I did just find out my friend's kid does have Fifths Disease-- so, so much for not worrying about that!!
But both my doc and her pediatrician don't think there is an issue since I had no contact with the child.
I guess I won't sleep til I get my blood test back though.

It most likely is not your doctor, but your insurance. I only had one b/c DS was measuring small and they wanted to rule out IUGR!

I disagree with that-- I think that some doc's only do it if it's medically necessary, while others do it as standard practice.
I straight up asked my doctor about the growth sonos, and I am sure he doesn't have a clue what my insurance covers.
