I have a prenatal question too!
I take the Target prenatals...started about 2 weeks ago.
I got AF 2 days ago and MAN had the WORST CRAMPS! I don't remember them being that bad.
Did/Does this happen to you? I'm prob just paranoid. Maybe it was because I was watching like 4 horror movies in a row?

i've been on the Target prenatals since February of this year and my cramps were not affected....

Was this your first month off the pill? I think the pill helps reduce cramps.
