Is it possible....
not to ovualte? I am so confused with my body right now, CD7 I had lower left pain, didn't think anythig of it because it was CD7. CM started to change on CD8- by CD11 it was thick, white creamy-started OPK's on CD11 and haven't had a smiley face. CM increased and changed to clear (didn't notice it to be "sticky") by CD14 and here it is CD17 and still no smiley face.
AF is due next week (towards the end)
granted I have a terrible cold a the moment AND running a fever.
Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, it is possible not to ovulate. You still might ovulate in your next cycle, though.

Are you still using OPKs?
It's possible that you didn't ovulate yet.
I get EWCM as early as 5 days before O, although most people get it 2-3 days before they O.
If you haven't O'd yet.. then AF would not be due yet.
Hang in there! Keep going with the OPKs, and expect AF to come about 15 days after you ovulate!

yes, I am still using them. Tested this morning and no smiley face. AF changed her pattern..From Spring to fall she arrives every 31 days, from fall to spring she arrives every 29 days! She started arriving every 29 days last cycle!

You really should be testing in the afternoon between 2 and 8 pm after having held in your urine for 4 hours.
If you test only in the mornings, you're likely you're likely to miss part of your surge.
LH is synthesized in your body during the day, so it usually won't show up in your urine until the afternoon.

A HA! That is why last month I got the 2 line surge I was testing in the afternoon. This month a friend of mine said, "oh noo..you supposed to test first thing in the AM".
UGH
So I guess we missed this month then. There is no way DH is coming near me with this cold!
