Re: Really upset..
I am also RH-. It is fairly common. I am taking my 1hour glucose test today. For some reason, I don't have good thoughts about it.
I know what you mean having to deal with IF and now this. You will be fine!

I'm so sorry, Jen! I know it's been a bit of a bumpy road for you, but soon, you will be holding that little baby in your arms!!! I hope the 3-hour test yields much better results for you!!!
Jen - I agree! We've had similar pregnancies so far in this respect, and I totally know how you feel! Try to relax ( I know easier said.....) will be here before you know it!

Re: Really upset..
Jen hang in there. I felt the same way for a while with DS. I also failed the 1 hour but then passed the 3hr with flying colors. I too needed the Rhogam shot and it is no biggie. Just a quick shot in the butt. It is to protect us for future pregnancys. If the baby is born with a + blood type you will need the shot again after giving birth. If the baby is born with a - blood type you wont need it.

Awwww Jen, please know that most of what they do is precaution. I know exactly what it's like to be tested for everything under the sun.
And if your baby is big, maybe Michael can have a playmate!!!

Re: Really upset..
sorry you are so upset. As far as the GD goes, don't worry, if it comes down to it that you have it (I do) it's very manageable!!! I was devestated when I first failed my 1 hour but then learned so much about GD and I've been doing fine with it.
