Oh No, I am so worried! I just came back from a walk with a friend and our DC and I just went to the bathroom and see I am having some spotting!!!!!! I am only 4 weeks pg.....i didn't have ANY spotting with DS. Is this normal???? I haven't even been to the dr yet! Should I call the dr?

I had spotting/light bleeding at 5 weeks. I had an ultrasound and everything turned out to be fine.

I would definitely call the doctor, but spotting early on is fairly common, and is not something to necessarily get worried about.
Maybe you can get into your doc for a blood test, and you can do some monitoring over the next few days since a sonogram probably won't show much this early on anyway.

It was just a little and since stopped, but I just called the doctor and the nurse said its normal and it was a brownish color, not red and that it is also common and better than if it were red she said. She just told me to watch and see and if there is anymore to call.
I tend to be very fearful of something happening with my pregnancies. I know so many people who have had tragedies and that just scares me to death.
Thanks for all your input, i'll keep you posted.

Very common early on. I had spotting at 6 wks and again at 8 weeks and all was ok. Just take it easy for a little, put your feet up.

I spotted a bit one day when I was like 6 weeks. I called the doctor they did an exam and it turns out I had a few blood vessels burst. It happened after I was squatting down trying to clean the floor. Just relax and call your dr
