I did not tell my dr yet and I don't know if he charges a fee. I also don't care if he charges a fee, it is what it is and I want to do it so I didn't bother to ask. But I will find out when I tell my dr.

We did it with DS and will be doing it with this baby as well. We did tell our doctor beforehand and no, they did not charge a fee.
