Anyone heard of NTD Labs in Hungtinton Station?
I received a noticed today from them saying that they did not get my insurance information from the AFP test I did 2 weeks ago. But I clearly remember providing that information when I had my blood drawn by Quest Diagnostics.
Just wanted to see if anyone is familiar with this lab and that this is legitimate, before I hand over my information.....

It is legit and I used to get the same letter all the time - I jsut sent a copy of my card. So annoying!

Yes, they do the AFP and ultrascreen blood work. I got the letter also. It's legit.
