i'm 22weeks and i feel nada! i mean at times i feel something but since i'm always eating, i attribute it my belly growling...i know my little one kicks and punches cause i've seen it on the sonogram, i just don't feel jack!!
i know i'll feel this sooner or later, but how far along were you when you FINALLY felt the baby move?

With my DS I was just over 22 weeks and with this pg. I just started feeling things at 20.5...It can be very subtle at first and easily mistaken - your baby might be a night owl and be awake while you are sleeping ...All of a sudden it will just happen and it won't stop !!!!

I *thought* I felt at about 20 weeks but I wasn't sure. It wasn't until like 25 weeks where he became much more active and it was obvious it was him. My placenta is laying in the front of my belly and this is why. Every time my doc did the doppler he would kick it away (we could hear the movement) but I still felt nothing!
It will come. Now my little guy doesn't stop.

Re: those that didn't feel baby movements until farther along...
I felt a flutter or two when I was about 19-20 weeks but then nothing again. The sonos saw that he was moving so I knew he was fine. I attributed it to that fact that I am very active and I walk around a lot. I didn't start feeling kicking until around 24-25 weeks. I remember it clearly b/c DH and I were in Disney when he felt the baby moving for the first time. After all, Disney is a magical place . After that, the movement was consistent and I have been feeling him ever since.
Don't stress. Sometimes you just don't know what you are feeling or you just dont feel it yet. You'll feel him/her soon!!!

Is your placenta in the front? That is my situation. I didn't start feeling anything really until last week--22 weeks. You will know when you feel it though. It's a "thump thump thump" feeling over and over again that moves around your stomach area to different spots throughout the day.

Re: those that didn't feel baby movements until farther along...
even with my placenta being close to my spinal area, I felt very little until about 25 weeks. at about 19-20 I felt a few flutters once every few days...
then at 23-25 weeks I would feel light kicks once every few days. Only at the end of the 2nd trimester did I feel daily movements. After 30 weeks, everything is very obvious and regular....
try not to worry too much... the movements will come eventually.
