WHEN does the narcolepsy end ???

I think I just fell asleep in my office for a minute or 2 .........My eyelids feel like they weigh 20 lbs each and all I want to do is take a freakin NAP ........

I NEVER nap !! - WHO AMY I and what has happened to my energy ????

I was pretty much over it by the end of week 14. My exhaustion was so bad, I wanted to cry all the time because I was so tired!

ETA: I'm still tired 90% of the time, but it's tolerable, not like it was early on.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz No clue.. it sure hasnt gone away here... I get little bursts of energy but not substantial.

seriously, I had a good deal of energy from about 17 weeks to about 29 weeks. after that, I started my steep decline into the land of no ankles or energy

I got a great book and was reading that it's the high levels of progesterone in our bodies right now. I'm on progesterone support too so I pretty much feel like I'm the walking dead all the time. The book says that it acts like a relaxant, causing muscles to feel weaker and less energized and though progesterone rises throughout your pregnancy, your brain develops a tolerance to it so its effects are less pronounced in the second and third trimesters.

I was really fine during my 2nd trimester. My 3rd is upon me and it has hit me like a ton of bricks. I told DH that I could have gone straight to bed last night!

With my first pregnancy, I had this issue in my first and last trimesters. I have it now but I'm also not sleeping well at night so it's hard to say what it's attributed to.

I sometimes think it's natures way of preparing us for the sleep deprivation that comes with a some newborns.

Hang in there. It will pass. I found getting up and walking around the office helped a bit.

There are just so many times I can get up to pee !!
I'm not sleeping well at night either, which I'm sure is making me the walking dead all day @ work ........-

I am 16 weeks and still tired. Sometimes it is so bad that i close the door in my office for a half hour and snooze!

I think I started getting some energy back by 16 or 17 weeks. I still get tired though probably b/c I wake up most nights between 3 and 5 a.m. and can't fall back asleep for a while.

I am almost 15 weeks, and I am just starting to feel like myself again. I actually see the clock hit 12am most nights.

Ugh - 17 weeks feels like FOREVER !!
I think we should find out we're pregnant at week 20 or something !!
April is NEVER going to get here !!!

Week 14, huh? That's just a couple of weeks away for me! I am hoping the exhaustion passes soon -- I am just so tired.
