Tess vs Jocelyn

I like Tess. It was a top choice for me but I think finding a middle name for Tess is hard.

I like the name Tessa, Tess seems abit short.
Jocelyn is nice too but I like Tessa more.
You can always name the baby Tessa Joycelyn and call her Tess for short.

i am biased - my sister's name is jocelyn so i have always loved that name, it sounds so french to me.
tess sounds like an older woman's name to me (sorry! JMO! feel free to punch me!!)

I like a nickname for Jocelyn-- Joss. As in Joss Stone. Always thought that was a cool name.
Not feeling Tess.
ETA-- Joss is actually a combo of both names-- if you wanted to go that route.

I really like Tess- I had a Tess in my class 3 years ago and she was the sweetest lil girl in the world which Def made me love the name!!

It's rather ironic b/c my first thought was the Tess is such a "southern" name....then I remembered you're in Georgia (or somewhere down south). 
I'm not a big fan of Tess---it reminds me of a cowgirl in boots and a hat roping up some cattle....Tessa is very pretty though (and maybe shorten it to Tess as a nickname?)
I definitely like Jocelyn much better....and like Randella said--shortened to Joss is a very cool name. She'll be the "hot chick" in school with all the popular friends!!! 
But, either one will certainly work.
