I'm on bedrest
So yesterday i went for my 36 week appt...got a growth sono... is 5lbs 2oz so far and looks good.
however when they checked my pressure it was high and they found protein in my urine...I was immediately sent over to the hospital for additional testing and to be monitored.
While there my BP stablized...and baby sounded great, so I was sent home, but with strict orders not to go back to work until the Dr Oked it.
So i'm home...I have to do a 24 hour urine collection and see the dr on Friday.
I'm hoping I'm not getting preeclampsia

So glad that the sono went well and the baby is looking good.  Try to take it easy and truly relax while you are on bedrest. Good luck with your test!!

Definitely take it easy. Let DH spoil you this week and hopefull the results will be all better next time! So happy the baby is doing well.

oh no!!!! I hope you're ok....
I have my 36 week appt tomorrow, and becuase of my recent ankle swelling, I'm a bit afraid something will be wrong too....

I was put on bedrest at 33 weeks because of high blood pressure.
I made it full term (went into labor naturally 1 day before my scheduled induction at 38 weeks 6 days) and never developed pre-eclempsia.
There was small traces of protein in my urine (in total I did 4 24 hour urine collections, 2 during hospital stays).
While I was going through it, no lie it s u c k ed. But looking back it wasn't so bad, and the outcome was even better!
FM if you want any info or support from someone that went through it.
