Besides wanting liposuction just about everywhere?
Seriously - I've always thought about breast reduction. I don't think that anyone who has a very large chest doesn't think about it! I have horrible posture, back and neck pain, and all of you know how much fun it is to shop for anything to wear!!!
So, that's something I'm definitely thinking about!

Definitely a bit of lypo- boob lift( after I have kids) and some kind of face lift @ 50 if I need it.
ETA- a mouth full of veneers- ( hey - why not?!?)
I talk a good game but not sure if I have the balls for any of it.

I have big ones and I hate them. Nothing fits right. I can't find bras that look nice or bathsuit tops. Every shirt I wear becomes low cut and it drives me insane!
I want smaller ones!!!

Welp, I would def get a boob lift when Im done with kids, I am a DD now and I cant imagine what pregnancy will do to them,a nd then breast feeding,  , I would also try botox when the time comes if I need to, if my eye lids ever droop I would lift them up.
laser hair removal sounds good too, I HATE shaving!
but thats it. I would NEVER do lipo, it just comes back somewhere else and those areas get firm too. My gf did it and where they did the lipo was flat but hard. I would rather work out for that.
edited to say too, that as others have said, having big boobs is a PIA too!!! what looks classy on a woman with small boobs looks trashy on a woman with large breast. and men - hhahahaahahah they talk to them, NEVER look at your face or you see their eyes ALWAYS travel down to them. and then if you wear a low cut shirt cause its summer and you want to wear a halter top too, people are like eww what a slut!

I would love to have big boobs, at least a small c but even if I had the money, I'm too chicken.
Funny thing is that I'm the only one in my family who doesn't have fake boobies.

I would never go under the knife, except if i were in an accident...
A woman i worked with had implants after a masectomy... she said it was the worse decision she ever made... the implant broke, and since then she's had this weird liquid moving around her body... and it gets kind of stuck places, and she'll get really sick for a while. It's really strange. Not worth it to me.

Same here. All my shirts have to be a size bigger because of the big boobies. Bathingsuit tops I have just given up on. I'll never find one that will be perfect. Bra's I have finally accepted I'll never be able to find ones that look nice. All my bra's are so plain. Either white, beige or black. I'd like a nice pretty lace bra or a nice sexy looking bra instead of a thick strapped 3 - 4 hook thing.
I dont think I would get them reduced even though I complain. Sometimes I use them to my advantage 
I do want them lifted and that is something I am strongly considering once we have children.

I did want breast implants for the longest time, but it would be like putting shiny new headlights on a rusty old car.
If I got myself shape, I would definitely opt for it.

As big chested, I'm worried about when I have children because I'm sure they will get bigger ( so people say ). I wouldn't have them reduced unless they caused me pain (in my back or elsewhere)

Yep. I would do it in a heartbeat. I'd be scared as all hell but I'd do it. A tummy tuck to cut out these stretch marks (badges of honor my AZZ!), maybe another little nip or tuck here and there.

edited to add: while they were lipo-ing my body, I suppose they could give me a nice boob lift as well (size are fine, just need 'em a little perkier )

I use to have a larger chest, and I lost weight and it shrunk. I would like my old chest size back, but I don't think I would have the guts to do it. It look so painful.
