The bloatness feels worse... is this normal
so here i am 14w4d and i feel like i am more bloated now compared to the first trimester. And all day i keep feeling this poof poof poof. I ony thing i ate was macronni last nite for dinner, yogurt and bagel this am. UGGG Please tell me this is normal. The bloatness almost feels like pre af cramps. Not painful cramps just that feeling if that makes any since at all.

At 14.5 weeks, it's probably more of a baby bump than bloat. Your uterus is moving up and pushing everything up/out.
