still here at day 8
things are still good no contractions but I found out this morning that I am definately not going home I bought myself another week in the hospital my cervix is still ranging between .6 and .7cm unchanged is OK as long as it is not under so it seems to be working. I am hoping that I will be in another room later today or tomorrow they are giving me a private room I may become a semipermenate resident here. They are also wieghed lil Sophia and at 25w3d she weighs 806grams (1.774lbs) I am told that is good anyone esle remember what thier baby weighed at 25weeks?

Glad to hear that you are doing well. I can only imagine how hard it must be to be on bed rest in the hospital. Today is the beginning of week 2 of home bed rest for me and I know how hard it is for me so I can only imagine how you are feeling.
Everything sounds very positive. I don't remember exactly what the baby weighed at 25 weeks, but as of last Friday my baby was 2 1/2 pounds at 28/29 weeks....so it sounds like Sophia is doing great!
Are they giving you any guidelines as to what needs to change in order to go home?
Hang in there. I am thinking about you!!

I am glad to hear that things are going well! I was concerned when I didn't see yo on earlier today.

Keep hanging in there!!! I go to the doctor tonight so I'll ask if he can see how big  is at this point (25 weeks).

Happy to hear things are going well for you!!
I'm 25 weeks tomorrow and have a dr appmt on thurs and will find out how much she weighs. I'll let you know!

Thanks so much for the update! We're all thinking about and praying for you!
I'm due 2 days before you and have an appointment on Thursday so I'll ask my doctor what he thinks my meatball weighs now. For everything I've read it sounds like little Sophia is right on target!

according to my justmamas.com calendar, 1.7 lbs is on the higher end of the expected weight at 25 weeks... so that sounds IDEAL!
I'm so glad to hear they stabilized you successfully... Such a relief!
it stinks that you're stuck in the hospital, though

sorry to hear you are on bed rest as well...as far as me going home I dont think that I will until she is here whenever that may be if my cervix miracously goes above 2cm they may or I wikll be here until 34 weeks

thanks I appreciate all of your kind words I am just so overwhelmed with everything anastesia was just in here and freaked me out that I needed a picc line in case of an emergancy c-section. BUt the way he sounded it was like I needed one now like there was something wrong although all week everyone has told me that things are fine and I may go home. so what is all the comotion about I just had a panic attack but I am OK now. I had my nurse find out whats going on and they said that it is an option for later on not now.

well the attending just came in and gave us some reassuring news and seems to think that we will be here for the long haul although there is no garantee but doesn't see a reason why not as long as I behave.
