This is NOT good! BUMP FOR UPDATE
DH is sick!
He woke up this morning telling me he thinks he has an ulcer
As the day progressed, he's gotten worse - no appetite and threw up 2x
I am sleeping on the couch
I dont know if its a stomach flu?
Food poisoning??
Any ideas?
Should I take him to the ER?
**UPDATE**
I DID take him to the ER thursday night
got there at 11 pm
Needless to say it was / is his appendix
It was perforated; not yet ruptured
he is still at the hospital; I just came home to take a shower and then I'm heading back; luckily it's only about 10 blocks away from us
He had 103 all day yesterday after the fever so he still has IV and antibiotics

I wouldn't take him to the ER. Just make sure he has enough fluids. He isn't throwing up blood, right? 
ETA: If he did, this may indicate an ulcer- I wasn't trying to be mean

Does he have a fever?
If you have no idea what's causing it, he should really go to an outpatient clinic, Dr., or ER if it continues to get worse

Oh my!!!  Good thing you took him to the ER! Will they do surgery or just continue to treatment with antibiotics?

thanks ladies
well, we went to the ER 11pm on Thursday and he is still there
I just came home to shower and get him some more clean undies and some snacks for me
It didnt "rupture" but it was perforated and infected
He had 103 fever all day yesterday and about 101 today when Tylenol wore off
Hoping he comes home on Tuesday
Oh, and we are on vacation this week and next
I guess it's a good thing we cancelled our Babymoon!

Came home today
Discharged from the hospital around 4pm
