is it true...
that women do not O every month... and that even though if I were to get a +OPK, there's a chance I won't O??
As if this whole process isn't hard enough, nature decides to throw this curveball at us?!?!?

Re: is it true...
Most women do ovulate every month. Every once in awhile a woman with normal cycles may ovulate late or have an anovulatory cycle. If you are regular and get a positive OPK then you will most likely ovulate that cycle.
For women with PCOS there is a whole different story.

Re: is it true...
while it IS possible to get a positibe opk and not ovulate..its not very likely. Sometimes yes women will not o a month...this is fine and pretty normal. You should try charting your cycles...if your doing opks and keep getting positives with no temp spike THEN i'd say you weren'y ovulating.
