Is this safe to take?

Yes, and hey...Soon you guys wont have to go to SC for the Cracker Barrel. They are putting one on 74 across from IHOP.  Saw the sign today.

Thanks, Nicole. I was just wondering if I could take 2.
I have a feeling they won't work for me, either--but I'm willing to try ANYTHING on the face of the planet to be able to sleep for at least 6 hours...
