It is prolly only going to be my DH and I in the delivery room. I would love my mom to be there because she is my best friend and I dont know how i would go on with out her.. but if i let her in then i know my oh sooo lovely MIL will have to be there and I cant promise i will be able to concentrate on biting my tongue!

I am having Dh and my mom. My mom and I are very close and she is a great suport person. I couldn't imagine not having here there for me when I will need her the most.

Just dh; me and the hospital staff. I don't think my mom could handle it and she doesn't want to be in there. I think it is something special between dh and myself.

Having my mother in there or MIL is just WEIRD...and sorry to say not sure why anyone in the world would want there mother in there...good relationship or not... it will be me and my passing out DH ONLY
It's because of worrying about a "passing out" DH that I had my mom and sister in the delivery room when DD was born.

My mom and DH again if all goes as plan (and we can get someone to watch DS). I liked having my mom there for the extra support.....wasn't sure how DH would handle the birth. While he did do great, I think he feels more comfortable with my mom there for extra support.

Just DH!!! I don't think i can have my mom with me. i would feel uncomfortable with her seeing me partially naked, making all kinds of faces and groans. i don't think i can handle my mom seeing my waxed nether regions and the baby crowning...

My DH. I was considering my mom too, but she's an overly nervous person and I would spend my time calming her down so she'd probably drive me nuts.

so i think i might be most comfortable with my Dad. I know it sounds gross, but he would be such a great coach and i feel completely comfortable with him!
I have to say this is one of the sweetest things i have read. It soo cool how you have such a great relationship with your father.
My father hates hospitals.. he could only get himself to stay for 5 mins to visit me.. no way i could keep him in the delivery room with me.. I could just imagine him yelling at me to push harder and faster and get that baby out.

Well I picked sig. other and friend. I want my best friend to be there because to me she is my sister. We've been best friends for over 10 years and to me she is my family.

I just wonder what you makes your MIL think she should be in there with you ? she is not your mother. If you really want your mom in there with you, you should have her there 
I want my mom there but she won't come! she doesn't want to see me in pain she says

I am definately having dh (up by my head at all times of course) and I would like to have my mommy with me but I have to see what she says she said the other day she thinks it should only be dh and myself
