why i got my prd so soon
i cannot beleive i got my period today im not supost to get it until the end of the month . i dont understant this since i just ovulated on sunday so i dont understand how i got my period so soon

I think we need some more information!
How are you tracking O? (OPKs? CM? CBEFM? Temping?) Are you sure you O'd on Sunday?
Also, is it definitely AF or are you just spotting?
How long are your cycles?
Sorry to bombard you with questions, but I hope I can help you figure this out so you don't need to be upset!

i checked my o kit and its usually on schedule i usually get my periods late month 29th or 30th the latest i got it today and its not a spot it was my entire panty that got soaked up . i never had this issue happen to me before . when i get my period i usually get a small spotting and then the next day i get the big flow but i cannot figuere out why i got it today and now i need to go home and take a shower.

I think it's better to think of your cycles in terms of length rather than when during the month they will come.
You should get AF approximately 15 days after you ovulate. When was your OPK positive?
When was your last AF?
You might want to try figuring out how long your cycles are. If you're just looking at them by the calendar, then you might be off since 28 days (or however long your cycle is) might be in the middle of the month or beginning of the month rather than the end.
