Sports

I know that it's important to exercise moderately during pregnancy, but what about playing sports? I belong to a fairly competitive co-ed softball team and I didn't know if I was able to continue playing as long as I didn't dive for the ball or anything stupid like that. Thanks!

I am not sure. I usually play volleyball in the summer and do a lot of boating- water skiing, jet skiing and my doctor told me all of the above are a no no especially in the first trimester.
