I think that----UPDATED
today would be CD1 for me. I had to wear a tampon today b/c I did have red blood it wasnt a full blown CD1 but I did have some AF and im alil crampy. Sorry for the TMI. so I am going say today was CD1 I guess. Right?
July 5- woke up this morning and def have AF. Today so I think today would be CD2?

I would wait another day or two...what time did AF appear for you? Early in the day or late? See what happens tomorrow and the next day first....

What time did you get AF yesterday though? In the morning, late afternoon? Day 1 is the first full day of real flow.

yesterday morning I woke up and had nothing but by like 10 wore a tampon and had some blood on it. by late afternoon chged it and had more blood on it and then at night wore a pad and woke up with alot on it. sorry for the TMI so you think I should consider today CD1?

hmmm sounds like yesterday was CD1...but I'm not the expert. I'm on my first CD19 right now! I had a little bit of flow at the end of a day, and I was told my CD1 would be my first full day of real flow. I'm guessing since you had some starting around 10am, yesterday would have been CD1

I'd count your CD 1 as yesterday I think.
Do you normally start off with 1 light day?
