Is cottage cheese
Is cottage cheese ok to eat? just curious cuz i was using it to make dinner with but it looks so yummy.

I believe both cottage cheese and ricotta cheese are fine b/c they are pasteurized. As long as it says pasteurized, it is ok.

almost ALL cheeses that are sold in regular supermarkets are fine - they are all made with pasturized milk
its some cheeses in gourmet shops i would stay away from

My mother was told to eat a lot of cottage cheese when she was pregnant. She insisted I do the same. I had it once in a while. I think it is safe.

Its definitely safe. I got a tip from a lady I used to work with and mix it wil red and green peppers
