I just got my CBEFM last week - Are you supposed to start using it on Day 1 of your cyclye?

I think you can start up to Day 5... you'll just have to set it for that (hold down the "m" button until it flashes whatever day you are on)

yes day one is when you set the machine, although u have up to day 5 to do so
