Regular robitussin thins out mucus including CM....I have heard to take it from CD8-CD18 or something like that to thin out CM and make it easier for the little guys to swim to the EGG

I am still not sure if I am going to do this...it makes me a little nervous

I was going to but Mucinex i heard the same thing but i'm not sure either.

Robitussen - or any cough syrup whose sole ingredient is guafenesin (must not have any antihistamine in it) - is an expectorant. It loosens up the mucus in your lungs and nose, as well as every where else!

It won't make your body produce more CM, but it will thin out what you already have.

You should take it a few days before you O (if you're not sure when you O, it's recommended that you start around CD10 or so) and continue through to a few days after. Take it a few hours before you BD.

Which Robitussin is the regular one without the Dextromethorpha? I am on the website and cant find it.

I found it I think this is the one we are supposed to use it says the active ingredient is Guaifenesin, USP 100 mg Expectorant
