BBT doesn't change much...
My BBT always is between 97.5 and 97.7. Could this mean I'm not O'ing? I thought I o'd midmonth because I had a day of cramping on one side and slight spotting for one day, but there hasn't been a definite temperature rise or anything since. tia

You should see two clear phases of different temps - can you post your chart? Are you using Fertilityfriend.com? If so, go to 'sharing' on the left hand menu, choose 'Homepage set-up' Cut and paste the link that's in the box at the top of the page - that'll allow us to see your chart.
If your temp doesn't shift around ovulation, it *could* mean you're not ovulating. Although it's rare, some women don't have a thermal shift. Maybe next month you might want to try OPKs in conjunction with temping.
