What is your temp usually after AF?
What is it after implantation? How long does it stay up for?

Your temp should stay elevated. If it drops one day it is not a concern, but if it continues, then more then likely AF is on her way.

ahh alrighty.. because i had spotting for a few days, very light, just on the TP.. and i didnt feel warm during it really... but after it ended i started feeling warm again. thanks girls
