Hello....I am a new to TTC...I am very nervous...Last night was our first night of BDing and we were unsuccessful. I am so nervous I could not relax...it was like I was not letting my husband in. I kept tighting in up...This might be TMI....but It kept getting to dry...We jsut stopped....We are both ready to start...What is wrong with me???
My doctor said that using lube when TTC is not good. Is that true?
We were both a little upset about last night, we thought it would be fun....

my advice to you ... a little TMI.. but get each other all riled up and then you should have no problems BD'ing.!!

I know how you feel. And don't worry about it -- it's a huge decision! It's normal to be nervous!
You can absolutely use lube -- just make sure it's water based.

That's totally normal!
Try getting some Pre (external lubricant) or PreSeed (internal lubricant) which are all sperm-friendly! You can order them online.

Yeah, some lubes are not sperm friendly. I do know PreSeed is, but not sure about others.

Welcome to the board! It is so normal to go through this. You should just relax and enjoy being with your hubby. It's easier said then done..but try to make it fun and not so serious.
You'll loosen up..this is the fun part!!!

trying to relax is definitely easier said than done.
That almost happened to us the first time. we ended up stopping, gettin out of bed doing something else and then we went for it- and it was wonderful!

I've heard it's not good. The only sperm friendly lube that I know of is pre-seed, which can be ordered online.
