How often do you BD?

I wonder if this is too personal to ask.

I read some girls BD every other day around O time and stop. Does that mean you don't BD when you are not Oing?

Re: How often do you BD?

For this cycle (5/18-6/18) and it's only the 11th....we've BD'd 6 times! That doesn't sound like a whole lot but I seriously have my eye on the prize so DH knows that BD'ng has a whole new meaning!!!! Poor Guy!

Well I know for us, we try to BD -2, -1, O, and +1.

This doesn't mean that we don't ever BD at other times... those are just the times that we BD on a schedule.

We haven't started TTC yet but the thought of scheduling BD turns DH off big time. He actually got bothered when I talked to him about getting OPTs. I think it totally makes him NOT in the mood.

When we start TTC in August, I'm going to buy OPT and test when I'm at work and not tell him I am testing.

DH is easy, always willing to BD if I want to. The only time I've seen him not in the mood to BD is when I talked about Oing and a schedule. Go figure.

We forget sometimes too after I O.

Last night, I wanted to, but DH was so hot and exhausted, he tried to get out of it by saying, "Show me your stick!" (Meaning my OPK!!!) He only would BD if it was positive!Chat Icon

you can go to any pregnancy website and find approximate date you will be Oing. Start with that, try and BD around that time. Your husband doesn't even have to know, if he doesnt want to.

You probably want to start getting to know your cycle and body.... your husband doesn't need all the details.

I knew nothing going in. Once I figured out when I should O, I noticed changes in my body that I never noticed in the 17 years Ive been getting my period.
