South Nassau Hosptial policy
do you know if when you deliver if they make you keep the newborn with you all night or do they keep them in the nursery? where i delivered my first they keep my lil one at the nursery until i requested them to bring her over.

I *think*they let you keep the baby as long as you want.
My cousin delivered there last Jan, and she kept him 24/7

they let you keep him 24 hours if you *want*. they will take him away when you call a nurse in and she will take him to the nursery. he can come and go as you want.
i just had the tour so i know this to be true
