what week does the Dr check...
for strep B?
And for dilation?? Just curious

i was checked at my 35th week appt for both.. im sure give or take a week on that should be pretty accurate.

woohoo! Maybe to your surprise you could be dilated! You never know! Oh and the strep B test really isnt that bad at all, I was nervous, but no reason to be at all, I promise!! And im a weenie with this stuff!

I had an internal exam, pap test and groub b strep test at 36.5 weeks.
It did not hurt!
My next internal was at 41 weeks and this one did hurt, a lot!

The strep no, the internal i def. was uncomfortable and she told me to relax - yeh, good one..and then i had another one done the following week and again i grabbed the sides of the table.. then at the hospital on friday i thought i saw stars and was hysterically crying... she was pretty rough to be honest though and i told her that pelvic exams are uncomfortable for me be4 she even did it.. she didnt care and DH said i made her mad for even saying that.. But thats how these nurses seem to be in the hospital, she was rushing b/c the hospital was very busy and she must've taken it out on me. It didnt hurt AS much at all with my reg. dr's. Goodluck hun, let us now how it goes and if you're dilated!!
