Yes!
After a little bit of hemming and hawing, DH and I decided we do not want to try another Clomid cycle, considering how dysfunctional it became last time. I'm sick of wasting time.
My RE gave me the green light to go ahead on a very, VERY low dose of injectables, but I had to spend the whole freakin' morning trying to find out if we're covered.
And, YES, we are! Only a $35 copay and I don't have to do it mail-order.
Whew! 
P.S. I think I have officially become a seasoned IFer because the thought of injecting with the pen no longer freaks me out

You are right behind me!! I made the same decision as you (not to continue with a third round of clomid and go straight to injectables) and it paid off! I FINALLY produced a mature follicle and am having my first IUI tomorrow! I think you made the right decision!
And you are right - the shot w/ the pen is really very simple. Just remember to ice the area first - the girls here told me to do that and it made a world of difference! FM if you have any questions!
