Is it ok to get a prenatal massage
at 8 months pregnant?? Or is that to close to the end?

Not too close to the end, go get one! Just be sure they are licensed to do prenatal. My last one was at 36 weeks and it was awesome!

Me too!!! Just check with the place you are going to because some require a doctors note after a certain time. Enjoy!!

That is the PERFECT time to get one. Just make sure they are licensed and have been trained in prenatal massage. Enjoy!

Unless you are high risk or have medical issues, you should be fine. Make sure to ask if you need a dr's note. Some places will not massage you without one.
