What to give for a baptism

Believe it or not, I've never been to a baptism except for my god-daughter's. She obviously got a very nice gift from me. But what's appropriate for a friend's son? I was thinking of getting him a savings bond. Is that a good idea?

savings bond is the way to go!
Get the $100 savings bond ( you buy it for $50).

i would spend no more than $75 though... it's a baptism so you don't have to give a big gift...
