I'm not a parent but have been a Godparent for all 3 of my neices and nephews and all 3 times I've gotten their outfits at the Colony Shop in Patchogue, on the main road.
They were the cheapest place I found that actually had nice stuff... and was good quality. I don't have pics on this computer but if you're not far from there, definitely check them out! HTH!

I went to a place in Ridgewood on Fresh Pond Rd. It is a little Italian store that has beautiful things in their. I got both DD's and DS's outfit there. I don't have a picture of DS's outfit but it was duponi silk romper with a vest. It was so cute. Image Attachment(s):

My sister (his Godmother) got his outfit at the time at a Italian clothing store in Brooklyn.

I bought my DS's at Lester's in Brooklyn. It is made by L'Pety Canar. I have pictures of it in my photo albums.

I don't have a DS but I did some cute boys baptism outfits at the pear tree in garden city - and nordstroms have had several (but call them first they sell out very quickly sometimes).

I got my Godson's at Little Dickens in Centereach (I think they just moved to around Lake Grove). They have beautiful stuff. You can't really see it well here but this is Italian raw silk and has a long jacket, it was gorgeous but

we got DDs at Attias Fleamarket in Sayville - I think it was about $45, great pirce and it was gorgeous...Ill try to find a pic..

We got ours from a baby store in Smithtown on Terry Rd (they also have a store in miller place) I loved this store because they also had some really unique knit outfits, which we got one as DSs party outfit.
I have to download the pics as his christening was just yesterday.
Also Little DIckens which alot of people mentioned had a TON.
