8 hour heat patches
I'm having some pain in my lower back and was considering using the Therma Care 8 hour heat patches .. on the box it says to ask the dr if pregnant. before I call over there, has anyone used them?

I used them for my rib pain - right side of back. The OB and the phsyical therapist are the ones that told me to use them.

Yes, you can use them! i did a few times.. it just doesnt get as hot as id like them to. My dr. said it was fine.

There are ones my DH bought me that do not say "ask a dr" I forget which kind but those are what I used.
