You can have up to 300mg/day. That being said, there is a higher risk of miscarraige. I avoided it for the first 19/20 weeks. Since then I've had a latte about 2x a week. I also never stopped eating chocolate so there was some caffeine in there.

during my 1st and 3rd tri - i would indulge in a cup of coffee here and there.... i was so tired i was miserable.
i would drink iced tea (unsweetened) as my caffeine indulgence pretty regularly tho....

Each doctor is different. My doctor told me 1 cup a day was fine. I dont really drink it that much so having one cup every so often was fine for me

Congrats! I've been able to cut out all caffeine except choc. but that's only because I wasn't a coffee drinker to begin with. I think you're okay with a cup a day.

I have one cup of tea a day. My dr. told me 2 cups of coffee is fine.
