8 am appointment and no show!-I called!
Someone was coming to give me an estimate at 8am. It is now 8:46 and they are still not here.
I need to take a shower because I have to be somewhere at 945.
Do I put a note on my door...Leave a message at the store?
I'm sooo annoyed because I am off today and was excited the guy was able to come. argh

Story of my life.
We get so many no-shows, it's ridiculous!
Call the store and ask them if that is how they run their business. If so, tell them you'll be looking elsewhere.
People are so rude.

Yup. Calling would be enough courtesy especially considering that they weren't courteous enough to call and tell you they were going to be late or not show up.
The nerve. With how bad the economy is you'd THINK they'd do whatever possible to make a good first impression.

First he did not know what I was talking about...Then he saw my name in his book. He appoligized saying that he did not know his assistant made the appointment for him.

ITA..although you were very patient to even wait 45 minutes. I would have been on the phone after waiting 15-20 minutes. I HATE when people do this.
