temp?
What is temping? Are you checking your body temp? I'm not sure what everyone means by temping.

Re: temp?
Yes..temping is taking your body temperature. There is something called a basal thermometer. You must take you temp everyday starting with the first day of your period at the same time to get an accurate reading.
Its purpose is to predict ovulation by the rise in your temp. It's not always accurate b/c people O at different times. However, using the basal thermometer along with an OPK (ovulation predictor kit) you are able to know when you ovulate or have ovualted.
It also helps you to understand your cycle if you have mense issues or anovulatory cycles (cycles where u don't ovulate). It's also helpful for you to bring those temping charts to your doctor if and when the time comes.
In the meantime.......... to you!
