AF question-TMI
OK so I have been waiting for AF to come and she came. BUT there is no red blood its dark brown and its not alot but I have to wear a tampon. Would you say that its AF would this be CD1? This happen to anyone else?

Yes, if you have enough blood to wear a tampon I would consider this CD1.

That is not true...the flow needs to be red and heavy enough to soak a tampon or a pad....brown blood is not considered CD1, it is spotting and means that AF will show up any day.....
