Wnen someone wrongs you or another person or
is bitchy, obnoxious, snarky at one point, do you always see it in them when they deal with you (or any other object of your ire)?
do you give the benefit of the doubt that they really ARE being nice/caring/kind/friendly
OR
do you see malice in it, do you feel like they are being completely insincere and more than that, laughing at their own private joke...saying or doing something to openly treat you with disdain...yet cover it up as a gift, or kind words?
do you buy into what could be perceived (and meant to be) pure ********?

I always walk on egg shells when someone wrongs me...I may take what they say or do as sincere but I'm always watching my back just in case.

i have no tolerance for BS. If I'm perceiving it a certain way, 90% of the time I call them out on it. There is always a 10% chance I'm just being sensitive about it or have my own issues so that's my barometer.
Having said that, there is always a situation where you have to hold your tongue, especially at work..so that's where it's different.

I'll give someone the benefit of the doubt once b/c anyone can have a bad day, but if after that one time their behavior remains the same, I will view what they say or do in a jaded light.

I also tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, because I know *I* have been that person before...
It depends also, how close I am to the person.. I don't think I truly trust people other than my relatives... so I usually take people's sincerity at face value.
