Another "What Would You Do" question..
OK, so over the past couple of days I have been seeing really strange things that lead me to ask... what would you do?
Here is the scene. You are walking in a strip mall towards a liquor store and notice a man walking in the middle of the parking lot. He walks in the opposite direction you are walking and then you notice he abruptly changes directions and starts walking in your direction. He is dressed kind of sloppily and his face and head are very red.
He follows you into the liquor store and goes to get 3 large cans of beer from the refridgerator section. You are behind him as he pays for the beer and you can tell he is definitely drunk or very close to it.
You leave behind him and watch as he gets into his car and drives away.
Do you ignore this or do you call the police to report a suspected drunk driver?

I would have written down his licence plate # and called the police. You might have been wrong but if you weren't imagine the damage he could have done.

I would call the police non-emergency line & explain what I saw.
I've called it 2x before (not on drunk drivers). It's not my job to determine who needs help or is breaking the law. I figure leave it up to the experts.

I would have written down the license # and immediately called the police to tell them what direction he was driving in.
