When I was 23 I cursed in front of my Dad. It felt weird, but he didn't say anything. I was living on my own. Plus I was freshly commissioned in the Navy, he probably chalked it up to hanging around sailors.

I do not curse in front of my parents...they do not like it and it is a sign of respect...
My inlaws on the other hand don't care and DH does curse in front of them, but I still don't because I am not used to it

It is never ok. At 30 I rarely curse.

My parents would smack me even now if I did that in their presence lol. It is not okay for my child to hear me curse or for her to curse. I don't even let her use the word "stupid." I think its so disrespectful these days that kids will curse out their parents, teachers or the elderly. I just find it very low class. JMO.
