They scare me too considering my doctor will always put 3 embies back on a 3DT for me. It's obviously a risk I'm willing to take.
Unfortunately, there is no way to know if one of the embies will split, like the case of the woman who recently had triplets and they only put 1 embryo back!

I keep thinking of the one that doesn't look like the other 3. I keep thinking will he feel left out? I was thinking this scenario when the triplets were born a few weeks ago. I think I need to get a life.
