This is how I know DH doesn't get it...
He bought (not rented, not borrowed, bought) the DVD for Juno yesterday, didn't understand why I was stunned that he bought it and had to deal with me hysterical crying during most of the movie. 
I feel like I'm going to need biology textbooks for the chat we'll have tonight.
And...don't even get me started on Ashlee simpson!

Awww, maybe his intentions were good. My DH doesn't fully get all of this either. I think sometimes they try to help but just miss the mark a bit.
Oh, and I heard about Ashlee too. I think there is a new trend in Hollywood with these very young celebs getting PG with their boyfriends.

ERRR I was so shocked, annoyed, perturbed, etc. when I heard about Ashlee Simpson. It's definitely a new "trend" in young hollywood. What an odd thing to be "cool".
I loved Juno, but I cried throughout the whole movie. For that reason I don't know if I could watch again and again.

I haven't seen Juno yet, but I can definitely understand how it could be upsetting.
Guys are just clueless sometimes. Did you ever see that episode of SATC when Trey gets that cardboard cutout of a baby because he thought it was funny?
As for the young celeb pregnancies, that annoys me too, but what can we do?

OK I was about to bash DH, but as I was gonna do it he calls me. He tells me he called to tell me he loves me and I'm the best girl (we'll leave the girl comment alone). Isn't that nice.
I was about to say, when I found out on Sat that my IVF failed. I called DH and I got mad at him for being so positive. then he switched to agreeing with my negativity. Then I got mad at him for agreeing with me. And he's like "I don't know what I'm supposed to do?" I said just listen to me and don't try to fix it. Let me get it out. But, I do feel they don't understand us. but, I'm sure we drive them nuts too.
I have a bootleg copy of Juno that was given to us by my MIL a few weeks ago. I liked part of the movie, but again it was way too close to home. And I wonder what she was thinking when she gave it to me.
i remember over the summer when everyone was getting pregnant in Hollywood. There is a British singer named Lilly Allen who's 23 who got pregnant. I was so mad. then I felt bad a few weeks later when she had a m/c. So, good for those people who have no problems. And its better to have them early in life when your body is at its best and you have energy (of course i can say it at my old age). Plus they have enough money to have a million nannys. LOL...
