How frustrating and what a shame! I know it says they are nonrefundable, but you don't want a refund, you just want a new copy. Can you try to get a new copy or no way, the won't replace it as you said? I would still try.

Thanks Jennie, that did make me smile
I got the certificate from a program called Friends of Animals. It's a voucher that I have to take to my vet. The vet gets payment from the program so they need the actual certificate.

so I just called them. They said that they'll replace it. I just have to send in $10 and the reason I need a replacement.
